Return & Exchange Guidelines

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

• Returns must be started within 14 days of delivery.

• Customers cover return shipping for buyer’s remorse returns.

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect we’ll cover the shipping.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email info@vixennights.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, attach clear photos so we can fast-track the process.
Once your return is received, we’ll issue your refund or ship your replacement right away.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? You can cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase.
After that, your order may already be processing. If so, you can return it once it arrives.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damage please, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund your choice.
